IBM is longer interested in buying Sun Microsystems at any price, according to CNBC. The reason, according to the network, is that IBM is concerned about regulatory scrutiny if it bought Sun.
– NEW YORK (Reuters) – IBM is no longer interested in buying smaller
rival Sun Microsystems Inc. at any price, due to concerns that such a
deal would draw intense regulatory scrutiny, CNBC reported on Thursday.
